When is Tennessee Valley Cannabis open?
Come in and speak with one of our knowledgeable bud tenders 6 days a week! We are open 10am-5pm Sunday-Thursday, closed on Wednesday, 10am-6pm Friday and Saturday.

Is hemp flower legal?
Yes! In 2018 President Trump Signed a bill federally accepting industrial hemp. The Farm Bill makes it federally legal to produce, distribute, and purchase industrial hemp and CBD products for the first time in 100 years.
What's the difference between hemp and marijuana?
Marijuana contains high amounts of Delta 9 THC which is the main psychoactive component in the cannabis plant. The hemp plant produces many of the same cannabinoids, including variations of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) such as THCA, Delta 8 and 10. However, hemp does not produce enough Delta 9 THC to create psychoactive effects when consumed.
Does TVC Hemp contain THC (Delta 9)?
Yes. All hemp will contain trace amounts of THC. What is important is that Delta 9 THC is at or below 0.3% to be federally compliant in every state. Which is not enough to feel any severely intoxicating effects when consuming either cbd flower or oil.
What does hand-trimmed flower mean?
Hand trimming our hemp flower is the last step in the process before it leaves the farm. A skilled trimmer shapes the bud by hand in a way that maximizes its unique beauty and potency. When a machine is used many precious trichomes are knocked off which contain both CBD and THC as well as terpenes. Plain and simple hand trimming flower is an art form.

How will you receive your order?
Your privacy is valued, we package and ship very discretely. All hemp flower will be vacuum sealed and will not smell upon arrival. All orders are shipped out on the next business day and will arrive within 3-4 days.
